Poor Babies

The attached article almost makes you want to cry. My bet is most of these guys have voted Republican. Now they take their values and steal from the American public. I for one do not feel sorry they are being harrassed. They have earned it.

AIG is now a dirty word in the American cultural vocabulary. I can see the crowds coming to the executives homes with pitchforks and torches. Everyone is rightfully angry at this kind of thing, but it is a big part of the Republican "Trickle Down" economics. As I have mentioned before, the money never seems to trickle down and these bonuses are evidence of that fact.

The one guy, Doring, agreed to return his 6.4 million bonus. He probably did this because he lives at the end of a dead end road, and he probably figured he and his family would never be able to get away from the peasants with the pitchforks and torches.

Just think of how outraged the community would be if one of us ordinary folks had "embezzeled" $500,000 from our company or something like that. Why, they would be throwing the book at us for that. So, I don't feel very sorry for these high rollers now as they face the ire of a nation. I am fairly certain the are not having any foreclosure actions on their homes!

I love the way you put your comment Frank. Makes me think you watched too many Vincent Price movies, but you nailed the idea for sure.
